How we choose our team
Our aim is always to recruit the best person for the job! So any offers made will be based purely on objective assessment methods.
Unfortunately, some people aren't suitable for working with our clients and we're fully committed to adopting a consistent and thorough process of recruitment to protect the vulnerable individuals we support. To promote the welfare of our clients and keep them safe, our vetting process requires all applicants who are successful at interview to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Services check prior to any offer of work.
In line with The Asylum and Immigration Act 2006, we'll only accept applications from candidates who have the legal right to work in the UK.
