Our referral process is simple and applications can be made directly to us by emailing or calling us.

To apply, we will ask clients and/or agencies to complete a Risk Assessment Form and Referral Form.  Once we receive these, the information will be reviewed by a member of our team and we will decide if we can offer a pre-placement assessment meeting, or if we can’t accept the application.

We aim to review and respond to all referrals within 72 hours.

Should we not have any available accommodation, we will offer the opportunity for clients to be placed on our waiting list and contact you as soon as a space becomes available.
